Who is Sodal built for?
Sodal is designed for independent, class-based Pilates, yoga, and barre studios — especially owner-led studios with one or two locations that want a better member experience without managing a patchwork of software.
What does the retention AI actually do?
Sodal compares recent attendance with each member’s usual rhythm, flags meaningful changes, and helps draft a personal message in your studio’s voice. Your team reviews the context, edits the message, and decides whether to send it.
Does Sodal take a percentage of our payments?
No. Payments run through your studio’s own Stripe account. Stripe’s standard processing fees still apply, but Sodal adds no percentage or per-transaction platform fee.
Will members see Sodal or our studio?
Your studio stays out front. The website and member app use your studio’s name, brand, classes, plans, and content, so the experience feels like yours rather than a generic booking marketplace.
How does switching platforms work?
We configure the platform, migrate your members, classes, and plans, connect your Stripe account, and train your team. We scope the launch schedule around your current system and the condition of your data.
Is the member app downloaded from an app store?
No app-store search is required. Members add your branded app directly to their phone’s home screen, where it opens full-screen and supports features such as booking, progress, messages, and push notifications.
What is included in ongoing support?
The managed plan includes hosting, monitoring, product updates, setup help, how-to support, configuration changes, and occasional content adjustments. Custom development, large content projects, and full rebrands are scoped separately.
