Caseload · Goals · Sessions · Notes · Client app

The platform for your coaching practice and the work between sessions.

Your clients get a daily app that asks almost nothing of them. You get the layer underneath it, where every client sits on one screen with what they are working on and how the last month went. So when someone stops checking in on a Tuesday, you see it that week rather than six weeks later.

The coach caseload screen. Three figures across the top: two clients, one gone quiet, seven reflections this week. Below them a card headed “A good moment to reach out” names Devon Reyes, quiet for eleven days. Under that, each client is listed with their adherence, average mood and last active date.
Your whole caseload, and the one person worth a message today.

THE PROBLEM

A habit app tells you a box was ticked, not whether the habit is changing.

Most coaching practices run on a habit app, a spreadsheet, and a video call booked somewhere else entirely.

Each of those three does its own job well enough. The trouble is what falls between them. The app knows Maya closed her rings eleven days running. The spreadsheet, if you kept it up this month, knows roughly what you agreed in January. Neither of them knows that her completion has been sliding since the second week of March while she kept telling you she was fine.

So you carry it yourself. You hold twenty caseloads in your head, you rebuild the story from memory the morning of each session, and the client who quietly stopped is the one you find out about last. That is not a discipline problem. It is a practice running on three things that were never introduced to each other.

THE COACH SIDE

The half of this you actually get paid for is the part nobody built.

Habit apps are built for the person ticking the box. The half a coach gets paid for, knowing whether the work is landing and who needs a message this week, is the half left to memory and a spreadsheet.

A progress screen headed “Your last 30 days”. Three plain-language lines: showed up on twenty-one days completing sixty-eight tasks, most often movement, paused to reflect on eighteen days. Below them a bar chart of daily completions and the start of a mood chart.
Thirty days, already assembled. The same history sits under every name on your caseload.

Whether it is actually working

Completion against the target you set, and the evening mood rating over the same weeks, on one chart. You can see the month where something turned, and say out loud what changed.

Who has gone quiet

Your caseload sorts itself so the people slipping rise to the top. A four-day gap in someone who never misses is worth a message. In someone who checks in twice a week, it is a Tuesday.

Notes you did not write on a Sunday

Sessions run on video and can be recorded. Afterwards a draft of the note is waiting for you, built from what actually happened. You edit it, you publish it, and the client sees it in their app.

WHERE IT CAME FROM

Built inside a working practice, not a concept deck.

SODAL Coach was designed with, and is used every day by, a practicing, ABA-trained wellness coach with a real caseload doing real habit work.

That is why there is less here than you might expect. Every screen had to earn its place against an actual caseload before it stayed. What is left is what she reaches for between sessions.

WHAT YOUR CLIENTS SEE

The app they can face on a bad day is the one they still open in week seven.

Your renewal rate is decided in the weeks when nothing much is happening. So their side of this is built to be light enough that opening it never becomes another thing they are behind on.

A client's daily screen. A greeting, a week strip showing which days were completed, a quote, the next session, a twenty-one day streak, and a ring showing one of four tasks done with the day's tasks listed under it.
What their Tuesday looks like. One screen, nothing to file.

Today, and only today

The goals you assigned, as rings to close. No backlog, no scrolling history to feel bad about.

One question in the evening

How was today, one to five. It takes a second to answer, which is why people keep answering it.

Movement they can follow

Short guided sessions in the app, so the habit has something to be rather than a box.

Something back for showing up

Small rewards you control, so the early weeks carry themselves before results do.

Every check-off and every evening rating lands on your side of the app the moment it happens, which means you walk into the session already knowing how the fortnight went instead of spending the first ten minutes asking.

YOUR BRAND

Your clients download your practice, with your name on the door.

Your name and your logo, one of six font pairings, and one of four color palettes. Your clients never see ours. We set it up with you on the call and you can change your mind about the green later.

The same daily screen branded for a practice called Anchor Point Caregiver Support, in a teal palette, telling Sam that three of four is okay and whatever they managed today counts.
One practice.
The same daily screen branded for a practice called Second Alarm Wellness, in a deep plum palette, with the movement tab renamed Reset.
Another. Same product, and neither of them is looking at ours.

What is in it

Your whole practice, on one system.

The caseload view, the goals you set, the sessions and the notes that come out of them, and the app your clients open every day. Most coaches are running that on a habit app, a spreadsheet and a video link that have never been introduced to each other.

  • Your caseload

Everyone you work with on one screen, sorted so the person who has gone quiet is at the top.

  • Goals you assign

Set what each client is working on, at the frequency you agreed, and watch it against the target.

  • Sessions and scheduling

Book from inside the app and run the call there too, so nothing lives in a separate calendar.

  • Session notes, drafted

A draft is waiting after each session, built from what happened. You edit it and publish.

  • Reminders

Push and email nudges go to your clients, so chasing people is not another thing on your list.

  • Your content library

Movement sessions, recipes and reading you have chosen, assigned to the people they suit.

  • Messaging

Talk to a client between sessions from the same place you manage everything else.

  • Your name on all of it

Clients download your practice, in your colors. They never see ours anywhere.

It is one login and one bill. Change what someone is working on and it is in their app before they next open it, without you copying anything across.

FOR ORGANIZATIONS

The same practice platform, in more than one voice.

A daily app that speaks the wrong way to the person holding it gets closed and not reopened. So the words are a layer we can change, not a theme.

What the app says when somebody checks off a task. What a reminder sounds like at eight in the evening. What happens on the day everything goes badly and none of it gets done. Those are all writable, and getting them right for the people an organization works with is a different job than getting them right for a general audience.

We are building two editions this way at the moment, each with the organization whose people they are for, and each still in progress. If you run something where that would matter, we would rather talk early, while the wording is still ours to shape together.

FOUNDING COACHES

Who we built this for first is one coach with a full caseload.

If you are running a practice on your own, this page is still about you. Everything above it is what you get on day one, at the price we can hold while we are small and taking on our first coaches.

HOW WE RUN IT

What your clients tell you stays that way.

You are handing us the record of people who trusted you with something. Here is how that is held.

SODAL Coach is invite-only, so every practice on it is one we set up personally and know by name. Your practice is walled off at the database itself, by row-level security, which means the isolation is enforced a layer below the app rather than by an if-statement somebody could forget to write.

Your client records are yours. We do not sell them, we do not mine them to build something else, and if you ever leave you take them with you. Ask us anything you like about the setup on the call and we will answer it plainly.

REQUEST EARLY ACCESS

Tell us about your practice, and we will show you yours.

We take on a small number of founding coaches at a time, because each one gets set up by a person rather than a signup form. Tell us what you run and we will come back within a day.
